Completed RadonWell Install
The RadonWell is connected to a sealed PVC vent pipe that routes soil gases to an in-line radon mitigation fan, where they are actively extracted and safely discharged above the roofline.
Obar Alarm
This system is equipped with an Obar System and an audible alarm to provide continuous performance monitoring. The Obar System visually confirms that the fan is operating and maintaining proper negative pressure, while the alarm alerts the homeowner if system pressure deviates from its normal operating range or if a failure occurs.
