During a real estate transaction, radon levels exceeding the EPA action level were identified. The seller’s agent contacted us to provide a mitigation solution within the closing timeline.   After evaluating the home, we designed and installed a sub-slab depressurization system to reduce radon levels by creating negative pressure beneath the slab and venting above the roofline. The system was installed prior to closing, ensuring compliance and improved indoor air quality for the new homeowner from day one.
