The homeowner wanted to improve the protection provided by their existing passive radon system. Since the vent piping was already in place, we simply added a radon fan, manometer, and alarm to create an active radon mitigation system. This upgrade provides continuous soil gas depressurization and greater peace of mind for the family.

Manometer and Label

All our systems include a device to measure water column (pressure) and detailed information on the reading and how to contact us.

Alarm

All of our systems are equipped with an alarm system to alert the homeowner if system pressure changes outside the expected parameters.
