Andrew contacted us to repair his 2 year old radon mitigation system. During our inspection, we found an outdoor gauge that wasn’t designed to handle weather exposure and an open hole caused by deteriorated caulk.   We sealed the opening and upgraded the system with an Obar outdoor gauge/alarm, which is built specifically for exterior radon systems. The system is now properly sealed, weather-resistant, and easy to monitor - restoring peace of mind that it’s working as intended.
